The Rotary eClub 7890 recently awarded its Golden Tool Scholarship to area resident, Benjamin Dixe. Benjamin is a graduating senior at the Norwich Free Academy who plans to pursue a career in automotive technology after continuing his education at Universal Technical Institute in Norwood, MA.
