Carolyn Smith Works With At-Risk Teens

Carolyn Smith, daughter of Timothy and Teresa Smith of Norwich, was one of 15 Saint Michael’s College students who did extensive research this past semester on the Underground Teen Center in Winooski Vermont’s Obrien Community Center. Carolyn, and classmates, provided a range of commentary and insights to the  Winooski City Council.

National Youth Service Day

On Friday, April 30th, nine young people were honored by the City of Norwich for their volunteer service, as part of National Youth Service Day. An original musical piece was performed for the very first time in honor and memory of Nelson Grenier, active member of the NFA Wildcat Band Boosters, on April 6.
