As the weather heats up, so too are the ovens in the new Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana (a.k.a. Pepe’s Pizza originally of New Haven) at Mohegan Sun. On May 28, Pepe’s Pizza celebrated a construction milestone with the official firing up of their ovens, which will stay lit moving forward.
