The New Shack Restaurant, Groton, is a Crowd Pleaser
The Shack Restaurant held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, April 28th to celebrate its newest location, at the Lighthouse Square Shopping Center, 441 Long Hill Road in Groton. The Shack is a family-run business that operates at two other locations in Southeastern Connecticut. Its family restaurant in East Lyme has been open for 20 years, and its J.R.’s Shack restaurant in Waterford is 10 years old.
