The Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut announces Keith Fontaine, vice president and chief communications officer, The William W. Backus Hospital, as the 60th Annual Citizen of the Year. The news was announced at a press conference held February 26th at Backus Hospital, Norwich.
