The Rotary Club of Mystic is seeking grant applicants. Twice a year, funds raised by the Rotary Club are donated to local non profit agencies. Grant applications are reviewed based on need and extent of service area. Organizations primarily serving those in the Groton, Mystic, Noank, Stonington area are encouraged to apply to the Mystic Rotary Club for grants in the range of $250 to $1000. The grant request should be in the form of a one-page letter and include: The name and address of the organization; The name and phone number of the contact person; The amount of money requested; The purpose for which the money will be used; The expected results.
The Rotary Club of Mystic annually distributes over $30,000 in grants and scholarships.
Applications should be postmarked by March 31, 2010 and mailed to the Contributions Committee, c/o the Rotary Club of Mystic, P.O. Box 153, Mystic, CT 06355.
