The Connecticut Business & Industry Association (CBIA) elected Will P. Lennon to a four-year term on its board of directors at its Oct. 29 Annual Meeting in Hartford.
Will is vice president of operations at Electric Boat, Groton. He is one of 12 new members elected to the CBIA board who will begin their terms Dec. 1.
CBIA is the state’s largest business organization, with 10,000 member companies throughout CT. The board of directors approves the organization’s plans, policies and strategies and particularly focuses on ways to make CT a better place to do business and create jobs.
Will joined Electric Boat in 1981 as a test engineer. Throughout his 27-year career, he has held various positions of increasing responsibility in the operations, engineering and program management areas of the company.
