Just back from another deployment, the USS Augusta has a new commanding officer and a distinguished legacy. Commander James C. Childs is “piped ashore” for the first time as commanding officer on this page. Any mission, any time is Augusta’s motto and Cdr. Childs will enforce the slogan…guaranteed.
